Goddesses gather! Join us on international women's day for this all-new and exclusive full day retreat of divine goddess power! Spend time with like-minded women in a tranquil setting for an empowering and soul nourishing day of seasonal self-care.

Expect healing yoga, embodied movement, ancient rituals, poetry, seasonal anecdotes, kick-ass soundtracks, nourishing plant-based food, PLUS an exclusive crystal necklace making workshop with Lydia Lotus Designs, a trained jeweller, silversmith, avid crystal enthusiast, and your guide through the realms of mindful creation and gemstone empowerment.

Spring is when the natural world takes root and creates a strong, healthy foundation from which to grow, blossom and bloom into the warmer months.

We will take an immersive journey to reconnect with the cyclical wisdom of mother earth, the seasons and moon in order to rewild ourselves into a more cyclical way of being.

This is your invitation to rediscover your roots into order to rise, bloom and flourish alongside the seasonal changes within you and around you. To celebrate, honour and rewild your unique wisdom, power, magic and divine feminity. 

RETREAT PROGRAM:

Arrival from 10:50am

11am OPENING CIRCLE

11:30am YOGA. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushion.

1pm NOURISH. Enjoy a plant based, nutritious and yummy lunch. Please specify dietary requirements so these can be catered for.

There will also be time to bond with the group, explore the church grounds or reflect/journal on the day so far.

1:45pm CREATE. Mindfully craft your own bespoke rainbow moonstone crystal necklace, a gem resonant with the divine feminine. With the expert guidance of Lydia you'll weave a tapestry of colors and hues that mirror your essence and harmonise with your inner being.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushion.

Yoga blocks, bricks, and straps will be provided but please feel free to bring any props you like to use.

All necklace making materials, food and refreshments will be provided.

Please note: Not suitable for pregnancy. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of non-attendance, you are welcome to gift your space to a friend. Latecomers will not be admitted until we break.

Mobile phones are required to be switched off or silent during the day to reduce disruption and distraction, and give you a digital detox.
