Spring 2026 Retreat
REWILD YOUR DIVINE WOMEN'S WEEKEND RETREAT
Friday 17th - Sunday 19th April 2026
Tall John's House
Brecon Beacons
I invite you to indulge in this sacred chance to press pause, unwind, reset and vacate daily life.
This exclusive two night retreat for women will honour and celebrate the cyclical rhythm of both nature and womanhood.
As mother earth coaxes us out of hibernation, we will take a spellbinding, awakening and restorative journey of rewilding and reconnecting, empowering you to harmonise with this time of great natural beauty.
A mindfully curated combination of healing practices, nutritious food, scenic country walks, nurturing women's circles, sacred ceremonies, like-minded company and time to yourself invites your body, mind and soul to rest, leaving you feeling grounded, nourished, tranquil and reconnected with the natural world and your true, wild, powerful self.
Keep reading to see what to expect, how to book and other women's feedback of their experience on retreat with me.

WHAT TO EXPECT
ACCOMMODATION + LOCATION
Tall John's House is a stunning Georgian Manor House set within a secluded valley in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
The house is set back from a country road, offering total tranquillity away from noise and light pollution.
From the house you can enjoy breath taking views of the varied and stunning landscape, which boasts mountains, rolling hills, farmland, wildlife, trees and water.
There are five bedrooms in the Manor House itself, which are all decorated to a high standard, while remaining sympathetic to the historic, quirky charm of the house.
Across the lawn there are two cottages with additional bedrooms, also very well maintained and decorated to reflect the charm of this peaceful country estate.
All bedrooms are unique, and therefore are priced accordingly.

YOGA + CEREMONIES
A harmonising combination of slow flow, yin and restorative yoga aims to nourish, restore and ground your body, mind and soul.
Your daily practices will interweave somatic and embodied movement, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, nidra, poetry, philosophy, women's circles, ancient rituals, sacred ceremonies, stunning flower alters, oracle wisdom, plant medicine, journaling, kick-ass playlists and seasonal anecdotes, offering a truly immersive, introspective, inspirational and magical experience.
My teaching style is slow, considered and creative, with an emphasis on breath, relaxation, and mindfulness.
I aim to create a non-judgmental and nurturing space where you feel empowered to bespoke your practice according to your needs by encouraging a moment-by-moment awareness of your own body and mind.

All yoga classes will be open level and beginners are more than welcome to attend.
Please bring your own yoga mat. Yoga blocks, bricks, straps and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own props if you know what you like to practice with.
Please make me aware of any injuries or limitations to your practice both upon booking and when the retreat commences.

FOOD + DRINK
All meals will be lovingly prepared by our own private chef. Food will be locally sourced, nutritious,
plant-based and scrumptious! All meals will be served in the exquisite dining room in the Manor House.
Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies upon booking so we can do our best to accommodate.
Even though this retreat is alcohol free, there will be a huge variety of herbal teas and other refreshments to enjoy
during your stay.
